My favourite restaurant in Braintree. The food is consistently delicious and the service is always exceptional. I have never had a bad experience here and that is down to the wonderful team.

Catered for allergies really well. Initial service for drinks could be swifter rather than wait to when ordering food but after that point, every member of staff seems to ask in passing if everything is okay.I love the healthy food and glad my children do too. However one big gripe has to be the AWFUL cost of drinks, £4.50 for a very very small glass of lemonade, what is that about?! When you have teens, 1 small drink will not do, so I have to say that I would avoid Wagamama (on this alone) or your bill, like mine, will jump quickly. To easily top £90 for very little (3 people - 1 main and 1 non alcoholic drink each - 1 extra for the teen with us plus a side). I could go on about why this a place I want to go regularly and eat lovely healthy things but we go rarely, restricted due to their prices.Dietary restrictions: As above - allergies well managed

Pretty good wagamama place here, just what you expect. Food made fresh to order and all really nice, reasonable price too. Staff were friendly and had some good suggestions for the food. Only downside here really is we had some missing food that wasn't brought over but still on the bill. Obviously they took it off but I was surprised it was missed. Still worth coming to, busy nights these things can happen.

Poor service, took a long time for someone to take our order. I had catch someone as they passed by. The food arrived quickly once ordered but was pretty disappointing and very over priced. I ordered the new chicken item on the menu and it was quite disappointing for the price. A few thinly sliced pieces of chicken, maybe half a large chicken breast, on a couple of table spoons of rice with thinly sliced radish, grated carrots and some water cress. Not worth the money.
