Popping into Whittards for a try of the taster hot chocolates is a treat in itself . The sticky toffee pudding is soooo nice . Had to buy a couple. And the amaretto coffee is really good .

Visited the store yesterday with a friend. We were warmly welcomed and left to browse at our leisure without being bugged. Staff were friendly and helpful especially the lady that served us at the hill. We received free tasters and free samples upon purchasing. Amazing selection of products. Well worth a visit

The assistant was helping other customers, but still asked us if we wanted to try a sample of hot chocolate. She spent a long time with the other customers trying to find out more information on ingredients for them. They decided what to purchase left. The assistant then concentrated on us to make sure we had found everything we needed.
