Dangerous turning, zero signage barring 'services' one disabled loo that was trashed

No toilet paper in any toilets including disabled. When asked we were told McDonalds clean the toilets and put in the loo roll and Macdonalds were shut. I went and got some napkins for a woman with small child in disabled toilet which itself was very dirty.
