Had a very bad experience today. We ordered 2 Doritos boxes from Burger King Brentwood for me and my friend. The staff in the reception refused to give us the ketchup and after that, she gave us only one packet even though we requested many times and she was very rude to us. We will never go to Burger King Brentwood again.

Regularly use this Burger King, have never had an issue. The staff are friendly and know my order by heart. Speed or service is amazing and the parking out the back makes it very convenientVegetarian options: Non vegans wouldn't be able to tell that the vegan royale is not meat, it is that fantastic! and you can now add vegan Cheeze and bakon to the burger! its so good!

It's very nice and clean for a fast food place.
The burger made me feel physically sick. It tasted like fish.....no concern from the staff which isn't great and still feeling sick an hour later.
