Cafes in Brentwood

“If your looking for the best cafe in Brentwood then you've found it. Not a posh cafe but a proper cafe. Been going here for about 8 years and you won't be disappointed.Parking: Car park for shops is free and you can see part of it from the cafe behind All Glass.”

“We placed an order for delivery via Deliveroo. Our order arrived within the time stated. Most of what we ordered arrived, except 2 fresh fruit salads. In the bag were two cards apologising that they were not available and asking us to call in store with the cards and have a free coffee. A very nice touch, just an apology was nice. Food was really tasty as we're the drinks and I'm very fussy. Our hot food and drinks were in one bag and cold in another. Not our first delivery from here and will certainly not be our last. When I have visited, not since before Covid lockdown, I have always found staff to be extremely helpful and willing to do what they can to make your drink exactly how you like it ie strength etc. I'm in a wheelchair if I'm with my carer at the till they will always offer to carry our tray to our table. Staff and other customers always open the doors for us if they see us approaching.Wheelchair accessibility: As a wheelchair user it is possible to get in in a wheelchair it is tight in places but worth trying to get to the back of the store as a bit more room and near disabled toilet, at least it was before the first Covid lockdown which was the last time I visited in store”

“Popped into Eightea9 for breakfast and managed to get a table during the busy Sunday morning service. The staff were friendly and attentive. Our food arrived pretty quickly and was well presented. The choice of freshly juiced apple juice or from the carton was a nice touch. My favourite was the breakfast wrap, which was pretty substantial, very tasty and would only be improved if there was the option to have a sauce added in.”

“Strange to give a Greggs outlet 5 stars, much improved service and staff over the last 2 or 3 years, especially last 6 months.Quality deals, also reasonable seating area looking onto the High Street.Just needs a once a month in-house DJ, providing tunes for the customers under the Greggs Events banner. If Uber can have Uber Eats, surely Greggs Events is a Logical Progression? In fact give LTJ Bukem a coffee table for his laptop then I'm sure he'd be bookable.Bukem, Blame, Conrad, Tayla, Makoto even Big Bud....Imagine that!Wow, crash, bang, wallop, I'm going off course and just collided with reality.”

“The food has always been lovely at the Barnyard Cafe, and the staff are friendly and polite. Highly recommend a visit - even though I selfishly don't want it to get too popular!!It has a lovely relaxed country cafe atmosphere. Perfect for mums after the school drop off, or for an informal business meeting. If you go, it is worth then going to the farm shop (Calcott Hall Farm) as you can find some fresh fruit and veg, our favourite butcher, a good cheese counter and a fresh fish counter.”
