First time attended this place today, to pick up an Uber order and order a coffee for myself. Soon as I got the attention of the male behind the counter I asked really politely if the order was ready but, this guy responded with such a disrespectful manner that I felt embarrassed of doing my job? and left by saying 'thanks'. Will Never go to any Caffe Nero ever again and will never do Uber delivery for this company.

Super helpful staff this morning. Thank you ?

I used to love this Nero but the newer staff are really rude. They don't wait for you to order and turn around as soon as you have said the first part of your drink. It's happend the last 3 times I've come in which is unfortunate as I used to come here biweekly. I never come when it's particularly busy. Wouldn't recommend anymore.

We love this place in Billericay High Street! Always excellent service from the staff. Nicely prepared food and the very best of cappuccinos and hot chocolate! A very special mention must go to Tracey who consistently goes beyond the call of duty! I highly recommend you visit this place when in town! Terry & Tina Rothery

We placed an order for delivery via Deliveroo. Our order arrived within the time stated. Most of what we ordered arrived, except 2 fresh fruit salads. In the bag were two cards apologising that they were not available and asking us to call in store with the cards and have a free coffee. A very nice touch, just an apology was nice. Food was really tasty as we're the drinks and I'm very fussy. Our hot food and drinks were in one bag and cold in another. Not our first delivery from here and will certainly not be our last. When I have visited, not since before Covid lockdown, I have always found staff to be extremely helpful and willing to do what they can to make your drink exactly how you like it ie strength etc. I'm in a wheelchair if I'm with my carer at the till they will always offer to carry our tray to our table. Staff and other customers always open the doors for us if they see us approaching.Wheelchair accessibility: As a wheelchair user it is possible to get in in a wheelchair it is tight in places but worth trying to get to the back of the store as a bit more room and near disabled toilet, at least it was before the first Covid lockdown which was the last time I visited in store

We always use this Cafe Nero, the staff are friendly and the drinks are great! It’s in the centre of Brentwood and has a good seating area.
Overall I have a positive experience at Caffè Néro Brentwood. Occasionally, like today, they do not really listen and do not give me what I ask for… also I tried to give the young woman change so as to get a round £5 back, but she either didn’t want to or couldn’t work out how much was due me back… it was annoying really and now I have a wallet full of more change…Wheelchair accessibility: The shop is fairly narrow

I find that all the Nero coffee cafes are dirty But the coffee and staff are good , I think it's down to understaff.

Coffee and almond croissant mid-morning. Freezing outside but warm and welcoming here.

The frappe milkshake was just a very cold milkshake, I wouldn't call it a frappe as it didn't have the consistency of a slushy, probably not enough ice. Ordered another the next day with different staff but it was the same. Also, the door is continuously left open by people going in and out because it gets caught on the mat, so we had to close it about 15 times as it was only 5°c. Also the toilet was out of service. But had vegan options for hot food which was great

Poor atmosphere. Friendly staff. Luxury hot choc just shy of £5, cream was optional. No marshmallows, not sure why it was labelled Luxury. Perhaps coffee everywhere is this weak and this expensive ?
