Great place, family friendly, with great food and great service. The place has a car park that is free of charge as long as the number plate is registered on the tablet inside the pub.Parking: Plenty of parking spaces, free once registering the number plate inside the pub.

The service was warm, welcoming and very friendly. The food was lovely. The only thing that would have made it perfect for me would have been some Christmas music, just for atmosphere. Apart from that, it was great. Thank you all so much for working today!! Hope you all manage to enjoy some sort of Christmas yourselves!!!

Table booked for 18:45 and by 20:20 we had only been served 2 starters. We were told there were another 6 tickets before us for our mains. People who arrived after us were served mains so we left. Absolute shambles. I don’t blame the staff, I blame the higher beings for not providing enough staff to cover a 50% off event. Our orders were also amended due to running out of chicken. Probably won’t be back any time soon.

Brentwood is the halfway point between my home and my sisters home so this is a very convenient venue. We met for a festive lunch and thry ensured the table met the needs of my disabled niece. The service was friendly and efficient, the food good and the cost reasonable.Wheelchair accessibility: Wide doors, disabled toilets and they ensure space for your chair if you let them know your needs

The food was ok, but the restaurant is so cold & drafty. We complained to a waitress and asked to move but she replied saying "we were unable to move as they were full, but this is a good day, some days it's even colder". I then noticed there was a free table near the kitchen so spoke to the manager who agreed we could move. This table was warmer, but the poor diners who were then placed where we were sitting had to eat with their coats on. This is not what you'd expect when paying decent money for a meal. The lack of heating and draftiness of the building really needs to be addressed. We will not be returning any time soon.

We visited on Sunday morning for the 'Breakfast with Santa'.It was in fact breakfast, then go see Santa. We had breakfast. Food was ok apart from bean which tasted very cheap. The little glass that had sugars and sweeteners in was full with wrappers of sugar not actual sachets. The worst part was the 'Santa' was a woman!! with a black plait down her back and worst dress up outfit. I am massively disappointed with this experience and wont repeat it. People shouldn't take their older children who will notice its a woman dressed up and ruin Christmas
