DON’T visit or Order from this outlet!!The food was smelly, the restaurant was unhygienic. Worst of all the outlets I have been to in the UK.The staff is rude and if you will try to reach out to the manager you will be shocked to see that you will not get any better treatment from the manager too.Such people destroy the brand.I hope someone from kfc’s senior management reads this.

I entered the kfc to simply go to the toilet cause I have a bowel condition IBD (ulcerative colitis), politely asked if I could use the toilet and the lady with glasses behind the till was rude and said only customers only can use the toilet I found this offensive and explained to her that I have a bowel condition and she brushed by it and said customer toilet only other reviews have also explained that they discriminate against them I think it needs to be looked into

It is genuinely the best KFC I’ve ever been to in every aspect. The staff are so polite and professional which all comes down to the manager in my opinion, whom I’ve had to compliment personally as I’ve also worked as a manager in the fast food industry and I really appreciate how difficult it is to keep such high standards consistently. I’ve been a customer for a year now and have not been disappointed once, always fresh!!! Thanks guys.

I recently visited a KFC restaurant that not only left a sour taste in my mouth but also violated the Equality Act 2010 by discriminating against young people like myself. I cannot express enough how deeply disappointed I am with this establishment.Upon entering the restaurant, I was excited to enjoy a meal and some time with friends. However, our excitement quickly turned into disbelief when we were approached by a staff member and rudely told to leave simply because we were young. This blatant age discrimination is not only unacceptable but also illegal under the Equality Act 2010.The experience was humiliating, and it made us feel like second-class citizens solely because of our age. I cannot comprehend why a restaurant would engage in such discriminatory behavior. Everyone should have the right to enjoy a meal in a public place without being singled out and ejected for no valid reason.I tried to reach out to the management to discuss this issue, but they seemed completely uninterested in addressing our concerns. Their lack of accountability and refusal to acknowledge their wrongdoing only adds to the disgraceful nature of this incident.I strongly advise against visiting this KFC restaurant until they rectify their discriminatory practices and ensure that all customers are treated equally, as required by law. Discrimination has no place in our society, and establishments that engage in such behavior should be held accountable. This experience has left me deeply disappointed in KFC and concerned about the values they uphold as a company.

This particular KFC breaches the Equality Act 2010 which states that ‘you must not be discriminated against because you are in a certain age or in a certain age group’. The restaurant will kick out any young person that attempts to sit inside, despite the fact that they are rightfully paying customers. When you bring this up with the staff, they claim that it’s not illegal because ‘the manager said it’s okay’. Even when it’s pouring down with rain and the restaurant has plenty seating available, they’ll continue to boot out kids as young as 11 onto the street. I can’t support a business that has this ethos and neither should anyone.

My son ordered a KFC in store and was then told he couldn't eat it in store. Shocking behaviour by management. Especially when there are you get er children eating in the store. If you have a stupid rule then you should inform the customer before taking their money and then telling them. Will be avoiding this place from now on.
