Went to lemongrass yesterday, very impressed! The food was great and nice to see some true authentic Thai dishes on the menu. I've been living in Thailand for 17 years and only recently returned. This is without doubt the best Thai food I have had since I returned. Highly recommended!

The food is good but the staff can be a pain/rude. Recently after a 14hr shift and the night before a MSc Medical exam (I'm stressed) I went to collect a take away order at 21:30 having been a regular customer for YEARS. There was an issue with their till which wouldn't let them close my order so despite email confirmations that the order was ready and Lemongrass confirming that I had paid they would not give me the food (they won't cook the food until you pay).After 30 minutes of faffing when I decided to go find food elsewhere they were incredibly angry and rude to me because they would not be able to close my order meaning they would not be able to cash up that night. They refused to cancel the order, would not refund me not would they give me the food even though it was sat right in front of me (probably cold).In summary, the food is good so I may eat in one day but I wont be risking the hassle of a take away again.

Very rude and unprofessional. Me and my pregnant partner visited this restaurant and on arrival was told by the manager that there was no space or availability; Although I did noticed there were several tables unoccupied. Once leaving the restarting and driving away I decided to call the restaraunt to see if the they had any free tables, as I felt the manager for some reason didn’t want my custom and just didn’t want us at his restaraunt. Maybe we didn’t fit in. I was told by a member of staff over the phone they had 3 available tables and could cater to a group of two customers. They also went on to say the tables we will be seated at will be the tables closest to the main door; which funny enough we’re the tables I see free when I was at restaraunt. I asked them to make my booking under my name for two customers. I retuned to the restaraunt and explained to the manager I now have a booking for two people which I confirmed with his colleague. He then went on to get very fustrated and couldn’t explain why I couldn’t have the table which I had just booked. I believe the manger had some sort of prejudice against me and my partner. As we had never met him before and he had no reason to not allow us to eat at the restaraunt other than what he visually see. You can make your own assumptions on what you think the manager visually see which he did not like. I would not recommend anyone attend this restaraunt

I order from Lemongrass almost every week maybe even twice a week. Always the same dish. Yesterday i ordered again but the chicken was awful could not chew and had a weird smell i had to throw it in the bin.

It was very quiet as we were at the restaurant rather early in the evening, but there were plenty of takeaways being processed at the time.It was great, speedy service, the food was nicely presented & absolutely lovely to eat. We would be very happy to return to the restaurant again, but it might not be for some time, as we live in north Cambridgeshire!
