We ordered a vegan cheese and tomato pizza amongst a family meal deal as our daughter has a dairy allergy. Upon collecting the order they gave us an original Cheese and tomato pizza. When querying the order the manager was extremely rude and said we would have to order another pizza as they had made the wrong one. He then refused to correct the order. After eventually agreeing they had made the wrong order, he then refused to recook the rest of the order and said it would have to be eaten cold. We asked for our money back and to cancel the order and he refused directing us towards our bank to refund the money. Such a bad experience and this was before we even had any food.

Papa John's corporation has taken over the franchise in Brentwood and for some reason service, quality and even the ordering system has gone downhill.Ordered 2 pizzas and extra garlic dips online. After seeing that the order had not been dispatched after 40 minutes, we tried to call the shop to find out what was going on...no answer after 3 attempts. Also realized that the second pizza hadn't been added to the order. As there was no answer, my partner went to see if they were even open. Of course whilst she was gone the one pizza (can't say it was cold, but it sure wasn't fresh) arrived. Got the second pizza made...funny enough it only took 10 mins to prepare. We paid a lot of money for 2 medium pizzas...and the quality was not what it used to be at all.What a (£40) rip off for poor customer service and a lack of quality from what used to be a great pizza provider. In my opinion, go somewhere else until Papa Johns can up their google rating (good luck Papa Johns... I'd start with your customer service).

Items were missed off my delivery. Tried to contact the store for over 2 hours and no response.Got through 4 hours later and the manager was very abrupt and rude. I mentioned that nobody was answering the phone, he said ‘I’m by myself, what do you expect’I asked for a refund on the missing items and he said he can’t do that. He will add a note onto the system and I will get free sides next time I order. I said I will not be ordering from your store again.I’ve been in contact with customer service, and they are dealing with it now.AVOID!

This shop is an embarrassment to the brand. Always late, horrific customer service. Latest experience, app said pizza was not yet in the over after an hour, called 8 times with no answer, finally picked up to find out where order was and the person on the end of the phone was so rude, provided excuses such as 'we were busy' and 'had to clean'.These people should not be running a bath, let alone major franchise.NEVER AGAIN

Terrible customer service. Extremely rude staff. Refused to do the meal deal they advertised. Better off going to the domino’s opposite or cooking a frozen one at home. Very overpriced.

The place is filthy. The food is disgusting and served cold. Everyone that i know has some stomach issues or diarrhea after eating there. The staff are obnoxious and unhelpful. They messed up my order. And in the evenings they rack up the prices by at least 200%. Normally a pizza on their menu would be between £12 to £22. Go in the evening and they will charge you £40. My friends last week got charged almost £100 for 3 pizzas. Not massive pizzas, medium size pizzas. This is ridiculous. Even FIGO, which is a italian specialed restaurant with professional staff and actual Chefs dont charge anywhere near as that for a pizza. And theirs is actually good. Oh, and if you have an issue with your order, well, too bad. They wont do anything. The manager/owner and the rest of the circus dont give a damn. Dont bother with this place, there is not a single redeeming thing about it. It's honestly better if just walk to Tesco and get a meal-deal.

This shop is an absolute joke, I ordered a large cheese and tomato pizza........... ( 4 toppings my choice i believe) double tuna, extra cheese and jalapeños. Guess how much this rip off shop wanted to charge me. £31. Coz im a security guard he can do me a £10 discount. How about go forth and multiply.......... trading standards here we come pal. Dominos do a full meal.for 14.99. Pizza, garlic bread, wedges and a drink. Go domino's I say....... I used to work at domino's and I have not ever had a better pizza in my life. Im now 44 xxxxx

Disgusting, didn’t receive an email of restaurant confirmation, rang up 40 mins after and they stated they didn’t receive the order when I have a order number in email, I then said can I make a order over the phone and they said no as they have customers to serve!!!! I am a customer who placed an order!!! PLEASE AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!!!
