Disappointed - found a strand of hair on my fries.Whilst i appreciate you provide ketchup for dine in customers however would suggest you provide at least one dip of customers choice to go with meals. £1 for dips!!£25 for two burgers fries and drink - abit ambitious for this place.

So just a warning to anybody thinking about ordering. We ordered our food and forgot to order any sauces, so we called them up and asked to add them on and would be happy to pay any extra cost in they’re preferred payment method, but the employee (Megha) said it wasn’t possible and the only way to do it was through the app. So we tried the app which wasn’t working so we called them back up and they said it’s too late the food is on its way? (3mins after placing the order) so we asked to speak to the manager who then made us aware that the app currently wasn’t working and the service was down which led me to wonder why the employee (Megha) ever told us to try it if 1. She had sent the food out anyway and 2. It would have took my money and been unable to add to my order. But rest assured the manager assured us that this poor practice was indeed the only way for the situation to be resolved which means if you forget anything… you might as well pop down the shop before it arrives (as we did) because that’s as good as it gets! Which also begs the question, is it really ok to accept someone’s money and then tell them after that they basically get what you’re given and you feel no need to try and rectify the problem? Poor customer service and will never be ordering here again! Food was mediocre and I look forward to the day they join the 21st century and find a way to help the rest of the poor future customers that will inevitably make the same mistake at some point, thankfully I won’t be one of them!

Stay aware !!!! Absolutely disgusting made me terribly ill - rude staff ! act like they don’t even want to be there and the food is vile Nando’s down the road !

This is legitimately better than nandos across the road. The food is tastier, and the portion size much better.Delicious, well worth a visit.Dodgy plates though.... IMHO anything you're pouring chips out onto should have raised sides...!

I absolutely enjoyed my experience in this Roosters. The gentleman behind the counter managed to playfully understand my “ism” and knew exactly what I was trying to order. He was friendly and playful.The fries were amazing, I always have them with halloumi cheese (medium ?) and wings (hot ??). Next time I’m in Brentwood, they’ll see me again.
They have great chips, one of the best I've had in a long time. Chicken wings are really good.

Got a chicken wrap, bit into it and almost broke a tooth. Turned out it had chicken bones in it, in a wrap!I do not recommend anyone to eat here. I should have spotted the red flags when the staff act as if making an order is an inconvenience

Reasonable prices for healthy grilled chicken. Food is tasty and good portions too.Don't bother with the rice, it's not terrible but its a chicken place and not a comparative to Nandos rice.The prawn wraps are good as well as the halloumi fries.Burgers are packed but chicken is what it's all about!The staff are polite and the service is prompt.

Tall Bengali fella, someone calling him Riaz, was a rudest and arrogant person, he doesn't know how to serve and treat the people, totally worst service. I don't believe that person, he can spit on the food, his actions made me to believe that. Not only that, I found this guy and others in this place are very rude to the delivery drivers too.Next time I rather go to Nandos then roaster Peri, at least Nondos staffs knows, how to be nice with people.Never recommend this place, never ever. People are nasty in here.

Ordered a halloumi pitta and peri peri fries.Food arrived in good time.I found the halloumi pitta to have very questionable filling compared to my friend's burger "the rancher" which was cheaper. Personally i find it astonishing there is no vegetarian or vegan burger with so many restaurants offering these alternatives. With just some sparse leaves and halloumi, its not something i will order my mains from ever again.The fries were lightly dusted with peri peri "dust" only the top few fries had the flavouring, the rest didn't.Better to go elsewhere. No attention to basics and the choices available are quite poor. I though leon was over-rated but this isnt worth mentioning.
