If it’s low to mid priced (based on local pricing) petrol or diesel that you want then by god these guys will probably deliver. Keep it up team.

You need to update your website, as I traveled to use your car wash/jet wash and you don't have one. Also when I parked in the disabled bay with my blue badge, staff knocked my window to say with their hands they want to get out... As they park by the Amazon hub. It's not even a parking bay. So I had to move to let them out and then to re-park... Not a thank you, thumbs up, nothing. acceptable.

Should update their site I googled for a car wash only to be told when I arrived that they refurbished a year ago and it was removed! Not helpful

Staff too lazy to keep deliveroo stock up to date, leading to wasted time and cancelled orders. It’s a shame the management done care more about the customer experience.

Asian guy thinks he’s above wearing a mask to help contain the spread of the virus. European girl handles cash and doesn’t sanitise her hands after, touching customers items. Quite appalling effort to help the national effort to stop the spread of the virus. Expected better from Waitrose.

The worst fuel station that I've first been too. The diesel pump nossle wouldn't retract from my vehicle as it seems that the fitment got stuck in the filler neck. Plus on the other hand if you forgotten to bring your face mask you cannot pay at the outside cashier window slot as the cashier will rudely tell you that you can wait their as long as it takes .would it be that awkward to advertise " not in use " .As far as I can see your staff are a disgrace. I definitely won't be using that facility for sure.
