The service is decent, a bit slow at times but generally good. The drinks are really good in comparison to other Starbucks.Food is ok a bit pricey but normal for Starbucks. Quality is decent. Generally a good spot never really overly busy and quite clean. Really good parking.Parking: Easy parking out the front just off the A127. If coming form the opposite direction come off on the roundabout, go right and take the first left you will save going down to the next roundabout and coming back in yourself.

Very little food on display. The Red Leicester Cheese salad sandwich that I bought was boring and over powered by lettuce.I ordered a flat white and it was hot and tasty.The staff didn't seem interested in assisting customers and they weren't very helpful.

Starbucks - quiet when I got there (18:00 on a Wednesday), no queue, service good, seating available.
We love this Starbucks, i work in city and have been to many many coffee shops but none above this one. Have been coming for nearly 7/8 years now with my wife and children. Especially because of the superb customer service from Mary, she genuinely makes us feel welcome and takes the extra step always, helping to turn a run of the mill franchise store into a local family feel whilst still maintaing such high level service. If not for Mary , we would certainly be less inclined to come here.

Festive opening hours sign on the door said it closed at 7, we arrived at 6:35 to grab a takeaway coffee but it was already locked up and closed. ?
