A good range of freshly made baguette sandwiches ("subs") with choices including meat, fish, cheese and salad fillings. Helpful staff. Only limited seating and the toilet needs a good make over. Good value healthy and tasty fast food.

Had a order delivered from uber eats and when the order came it had olives (which I didn’t choose) in my sandwich which doesn’t agree with my body at all. I phoned to tell them for next time and the person on the phone named mikhiel (if it is his name he given me could be fake) and was very rude not to just me but my partner also.Staff in the back laughing with him and making a joke out of it and also huffing and tutting and will not listen to us and denied we ever ordered from that shop which is an absolute mockery.

first time in essex, came from scotland for a course and subway is like my main meal most of the time, couldn't think my sub could get better but Martin was amazing, so kind, great at his job and honestly don't know what he did to it, but my sub was the tastiest its ever been, thx for the chat Martin hope you can go to inverness sometime soon.

They are always really tight with cheese and other toppings, and are forgetful and have to be reminded, there customer service overall isn’t very good and they aren’t very welcoming. They also don’t take the offer vouchers that are delivered to your home address.
