Absolutely obscene that they now have a pop up tent that charges to get in £10 cash only!!! They need to appreciate the fact people are entering and spending money at the bar. To not accept card is absolutely ridiculous!! Not that they should be charging anyway!!

Had a couple in here before heading out for dinner. Not too busy and wife enjoyed the cocktails at 2 for 1. It does get busy later in the evening and I believe you have to pay to get in.

BE CAREFUL, ordered a spirit & mixer and was served a double (which I didn’t not ask for or want!)… This has happened on both the last occasions I visited. Luckily I was sober and my taste buds knew how strong this small glass of drink was so I questioned it… Bad business just trying to sell more alcohol to what seems like a more younger crowd these days. Also dangerous to anyone who may be limiting or tracking their drinking. Used to really enjoy a late night stop off at the vault, until recently… Last two times I’ve been in there not only do you have to now pay to get in there & queue, the bar staff (most, not all) and what appears to be a new manager are so so rude… You don’t serve someone a double unless they ask for it!! Be careful everyone not only are you drinking more than you realise, they are charging you more money than you need to spend…!!!

Bar staff and shot girl (Zoe) are friendly and offer top-tier service. Bouncers are job's worths when it comes to what you are wearing on your feet. Despite the premises being empty at the time I tried to wait for a train, Thursday night when my train was cancelled and needed to wait in Shenfield for 40 minutes. Wasn't allowed to buy a beer and wait in the empty club because I had white trainers. No idea what discretion means.....

Only spent about 5 minutes here after paying for entrance on a Saturday night. The music was at what felt like dangerously high sound levels with no offer of earplugs behind the bar. Because of this we had to leave.Seemed like a nice venue and security/staff were friendly

If I could give zero stars I would. Bouncer doesn’t wanna know. Owner is rude. Don’t visit. Vine or any other club is better. Don’t give your money over, especially if you’ve spent some significant money on trainers. Lost out on a grand at least tonight mate.

Great Sunday roast but was surprised that we where charged £1.50 for extra gravy. Need more gravy not just over the meat.

Came for dinner today food was amazing. Highly recommend the Pork Belly and Prawn Linguine.Staff were highly attentive and knowledgeable even made us cocktails that weren't on the menu.Definitely be back.

Terrible experience, so disappointing. Arrived for Sunday dinner to blaring music, an extremely disinterested member of staff and children running around. We were pointed to our table! A small table for two with a third squashed on in the middle of this large party of children and adults who were all walking around, leaning in other tables etc. We left without ordering and as booked for a birthday meal very dissatisfied. We would not recommend this place at all!

Came here with a large family booking. Had the most amazing time. Singer, Jamie-Leigh was excellent and she entertained the whole crowd. The food was amazing. Rebecca Waitress was brilliant. Very alert and a tentative. Highly recommend
