So disappointed, I'm not reviewing the food as I did not make a booking. I wanted to take my mum for a nice meal but when I rang to ask if they would accommodate a low carbohydrate diet by replacing potatoes etc on the menu with an alternative I was told no, it is not possible...…...so no booking!
Rude and obnoxious manager who can’t take criticism! Complain about the food at your peril whilst still there cos’ you’re then watched on CCTV, your plates are photographed and sent to said manager! SERIOUSLY!! The waitresses, who said that we treated them like servants and that we were patronising, were willing to take the £5 tip that we left. No integrity whatsoever! To read the comments he makes to complaints on TripAdvisor is unbelievable! Reckoned he gave me and my partner free drinks erm NO! We paid for them, all he did was take off the desserts!! The steak was tough and chewy, I could go on but won’t sink as low as the manager did in his reply to me! Would I recommend no, would I go again, not even if I was desperate.

Such a lovely restaurant, it's really special. The service was perfect as was the scallops and mussels starters . I had the sea bass main which was beautifully cooked ,Barry had fillet steak which was excellent. Can't wait to visit again!

If you are unable to get booked into Vita Bella, come here. In fact, come here anyway. The food is fantastic, the menu offers something for all. The antipasti starter would be plenty for two people, a great selection of fresh meats and accompaniments. Service is attentive without being intrusive, and although on a Tuesday evening it was quiet, it didn't feel library like! A little gem at the end of the Burnham Bends.

Fantastic! It's finally open again! This was our first meal since it closed for refurbishment and our meals where excellent as usual. Really nice food, and good size portions at reasonable prices. Lovely, friendly staff. Would recommend to anyone.
