I had visited to buy some food got a homeless man and asked merely for them to leave me a bit of paper and a note for the guy, they opted to then add hot chocolate and a wing for the man too out of their own kindness which to me was really moving! Any time I’ve been here it’s been a great experience but this one over all stood out as genuinely amazing! Really kind and amazing staff and very helpful too! The staff in the restaurant does not give you the whole order. My husband had to come back for fries because the lady forgot to give them some. And at home we saw that there was no graby. Because we won't waste petrol to drive again. And no one answered the phone at KFC. It's time to change the Staff.

The attitude of this elderly woman who works here myself & husband thought it’s been a long day out we treat the kids to some KFC got inside 19:00pm waited then a young boy asked if she would open the toilet door please and with that she said well hurry up then go now we are busy they saw us waiting to be served BUT nobody came to serve 19:15pm we thought fine then go somewhere else our children was so upset as they was tired and wanted KFC but the rudeness of this worker was unbelievable not once did she say sorry we won’t keep you a moment and the audacity of her some guy asked for more sauces the huff and puff and looking around looking like she had no clue yes I get they was busy but no need for being so rude in the end we had to just go wasn’t gonna get served and even if we did she would of just given us attitude as well
Not about Canvey Island . This review is for Rochford drive through cherry orchard way. What a disgusting meal . I ordered a 10 piece bucket plus 2 extra pieces, with sides £26.00 The chicken was dry and flavourless and 3 pieces were so small they must have come from a miniature chicken Also - did they forget to put the seasoning on, it was tasteless ….. again. The chips were cold and undercooked . The sides were half empty and only just (by hours) still in date. This is the worst Kentucky meal I’ve had. The service is slow, the food tastes nothing like a Kentucky, and it needs looking into, everyone loves Kentucky fried chicken - this place is ruining that reputation.
