What an absolute joke. There was one customer in there. That was myself!!!! Seemed to be more interested in gassing on the phone than serving customers!!! Perhaps it would be an idea if the management trained all their staff in the various aspects of dealing with the public and serving them. Sub sandwich left sitting on the side to go cold and nasty. Disgraceful. Will never return even if it was the last place to eat on Canvey. Amazed its still open. Won't swear, but certainly feel like it!!! Out of respect for this website.

Went in at half four, asked for two foot - longs £7.69, the fillings was nothing, had to ask for a bit more salad, shoved into a carboard cartoon so it was all squashed, it came to £23.50, how is this possible, I asked to calculate it again and she said, "Well I've done it all now," in a really horrible tone and giving me attitude in front of my 5 year old. The meat tasted and smelt old, the bread was soggy, not a pleasant experience

Went in today at about 2pm , shop was empty. A member of staff saw me then disappeared, I waited a further 10 minutes no one came to serve me. I left without anything. Pretty poor way to run a business will not be returning.

My sub taste like mouldy feet.The nacho bites were chewy and cold.The bread smells.The place smells like mouldy bread.The customer service was good though.

This is such a good subway. Fast service, helpful and understanding staff, and amazing quality food. Usually hardly any people inside so your in and out in 5-10 minutes, maybe less. Great place.
Enjoy a sub but always find when eating in place quite messy floor needs a good mop down they have enough staff to keep place in good order

I have ordered several times from this canvey store. Today my order came in complete so phoned them 3 people denied preparing my food and had to wait for manager to call me back. However half my salad couldn't be eaten as the lettuce leaves were brown, limp and soggy. Not the first time either. So not happy with meal once again from this shop. Even been into the shop and walked out a few times as food didn't look to fresh.

Food was delivered within 15 minutes of ordering.Hot, well put together, a good amount of each item. Ordered the meatball, so normally messy. But arrived all within the bun, no leakage.V. Good.
