Visited the Chelmsford cookies and cones for a sweet treat! Was so impressed with the range of snacks and wanted to order everything on the menu!! Can’t wait to go back and try something else… also very happy with the fact I could get myself a pineapple Fanta to go with my waffle?

Tried to visit them after my just eat order wasn’t being attended to but there was a note on the door that they’ve been repossessed by the landlord. Atleast they should’ve change their google page to temporarily closed. Wasted my time going there & just disgusting all

The cookie bars are way too sweet and the shakes are good but honestly such a scam: you are paying 5 quid for a "regular"which is the same size as a Costa small. Rip. Off. You're better off at Kaspas, who have bigger "regular" sizes.Honestly if you want a shake just make it yourself at home, I've seen them make it; it's just vanilla ice cream, milk, and the desired chocolate bar.
Absolutely shocking customer service, nobody even acknowledges you when you enter the place. The staff really don’t have any people skills. Shop looks like it could do with a good scrub, counter tops sticky and marked all over, dirty floor & the small seating area full of crumbs. For a newish store the place looks run down and personally for it being day time and mid week there isn’t really any excuse. Won’t be returning.

Closing stores and not making any comments on it, deleting honest reviews from social media then blocking after receiving criticism isn't a great look either, neither is raising prices a week after opening stores.Terrible business run by terrible owners!!!

I placed an order for delivery for a waffle with coconut ice cream but was sent mango instead which I do not like. I was not informed of this before delivery.
