Just had the best chicken Shiah kebab of our lives. Really high quality meat and the Flavour of being cooked on the grill was absolute bliss. Perfect salad and chips As well. Doing good guys! Keep it up!

The only reason I've given a 3 star and not 4 or 5 is all down to delivery. Guys.... we are regular customers of yours. When we discuss takeaways, Favourite Grill used to be top of the list, but now the discussion orientates on if we want our dinner 20-30 minutes late and luke warm so has been less frequent and will stop now as last night was just frustrating.We had guests over who ordered elsewhere and their order arrived hot, on time and looked delicious whilst we sat there hungry awaiting our semi cold late dinner, we ordered before they did in anticipation of our order from you being late and theirs still arrived before and our guests had nearly finished by the time Favourite Grill had arrived.The quality is always good hence our loyal custom for over 6 years, your clearly busy which is great but your now so busy that I'm ringing in every time we order to find out where our food is knowing its NOT going to turn up hot and your staff know this also when I speak to them but they are so used to these phone calls, they hold no empathy and have become robotic.Unfortunately, no more. I've had enough of paying good money for cold food.

Great place for pizza, the kebabs look lovely, I met a friend in there he said the kebabs are great, the meal deal is good value for money. Never had a bad experience in there. I have seen them grow and become more busy.

Great takeaway. I would say the best kebabs in Chelmsford. Used to be Krazy Chef 20 years ago. Rams is a dive in comparison as their quality varies. Had the 'Kebab Feast 1' today. The quality was great, serving of salad was decent alongide the Turkish pitta and the on-point garlic sauce. Perfect portion for 2 hungry people and priced well. This place used to be overpriced but it's more in line with others now if you order correctly. Obviously, compare it against takeaways, not restaurants and you'll love it. Will be back.
