No choice of beers from the bar, long winded taking food order, long wait between ordering and receiving food,Food was cold and tasteless. All chefs specials had run out. Cutlery wasn’t clean and had to ask for it to be changed several times.Overall very disappointing especially as in previous visits we had had an excellent experience

Not a great experience. My Korean chicken was fine, but my wife's sea bass and scallop risotto was a huge disappointment. The scallops were raw so were sent back to be cooked properly. They were not much better when the dish returned, so remained untouched. The rice was swimming in oil, and looked like basmati, not risotto rice. I can't work out how you cook a risotto with so much oil. In fairness our server did offer to replace it, but after two long, exhausting days on the road we just wanted to eat and get back to the hotel.
