Qued for ages for an Apple juice for my little boy. Got to till and they would not accept cash. I didn’t have my card on me. There were no signs to say this. We left, went to coffee shop next door and brought an apple juice with cash. I won’t be using Starbucks again now I know they don’t accept the legal tender of cash.

Food was overpriced. Drinking in, but they struggled to find any cups for our drinks and wanted to put them in cardboard cups, which we found unacceptable as we were not doing takeaway. I asked for a decaf tea, but was told 'we don't sell this at all'. Therefore, a totally horrible experience.
Great experience and wonderful customer service, Id particularly give a shout out for Calum whom delt with us very professionally with a welcoming smile. ??

There's reusable containers & little merchandise to buy. Choosing the perfect type & I'm satisfied with any drink. One problem is that the tables are never cleaned.

Visited yesterday and was very pleasantly surprised! Despite being busy all the workers seemed to be in high spirits, served me my coffee very quickly and even made time for a short chat at the end of the counter- just what I needed after a shopping trip. A smile goes a long
