The guys on subway as the manager old man he was very rude and not use gloves at all I asked him to use and then he use only one hand with not other hand I need complain to food safety!!! Also not putting right amount of meat and there is hair inside the meat speaking rude saying I will kick out we’re all customers back of me !!! Man looks like old with tracks No apron , as-well no hat really I disappointed never return back there ? business owner needs to know what’s happening inside needs to word with him !! I am waiting reply back from you !!

Very bad service there is a guy called asiz and he is so rude. If you want to redeem your points he will provide the worst sandwich for you. It happened to me 3 times. Kindly change the guy. Same experience happened to my friends also. Very worst guy poor customer service. Train him properly interms of customer service if you want to retain your customers in this store

Don't even deserve 1 star! ordered at wrap and whilst eating it found a massive black hair in the middle ?. When I contacted them they wouldn't refund and wouldn't even give a voucher!! Disgusting place and won't go back

Definitely agree with other reviews, worst subway. Came in with a 2 dine for 7.99 voucher, absolutely nothing in the terms to say you can only have 1 of the few "classic" options but I accepted it. Clearly states on the back that you can pay 30p more for bottled instead of dispensed drinks but they weren't listening. Couldn't even be bothered to turn the voucher over and read the back. Very poor portion of salad as well.

This subway clearly can’t read!!!Two different occasions now I’ve ordered a foot long sub to be delivered to split between my two kids (works out a little cheaper than two 6 inches), twice now they’ve sent just one 6 inch sub!!Then had to go out to order the 2nd one.I thought the first time was an accident but to do it twice?! How?! It’s in black and white on the screen!Please read your orders correctly subway!!

Found large black hair in my wrap, all they offered was a replacement not even my money back!! Would never return to somewhere that has such poor hygiene standards.

Very rude staff won't go in there shouted at me for ordering sub sandwich iasked for meal deal when I went to pay the till they wanted me to pay £10 for a sandwich I said no I'm not paying that price I said I wanted my ordeal he belittled me and shouting at me in front of other customers I felt very frightened and I will never ever go in there again he is a bad manageror staff employee needs training very rude man not going there need staff training to talk to customers nicely even though they are wrong I would give no stars for this subway be warned

They don't deserve even a single star. I have been to many Subway, even at motorway Subway. This one is bad in everything. I ordered 2 foot long spicy Italian, I never had Subway sandwich with v low filling. I will not go back to them ever, even if I am starving.
