The employees are so kind and helpful and constantly have a beautiful smile on their face, making the customers feel at ease to place orders.Very clean and organised with free parking behind the store.Food was delicious and tastes so much better from this store than at other Subway’s I’ve been to.Definitely highly recommended.Parking: Free one hour parking behind the store

Waiting for my sandwich to be made and witnessed “The most toxic workplace” I’ve been to.Literally seeing the manager / supervisor arguing with her colleague over “someone turned off the music” and blamed her colleague non stop during my 20 minutes of waiting.In the end, she just dumped the sandwich bag in my hand rather than passing over nicely.Drama over music… ?Subway. Please sort out your employees’ relationships. It affects customer service quality Badly. ?

Ordered a chicken and bacon footlong, and opened it and found no bacon at all which I paid extra for! Also paid for priority delivery which said 10-20 mins delivery and ended up being double that.

Ordered on just eat and got confirmed and then cancelled. Must say im glad it got cancelled as when i went into store to re-order i spoke with a member of staff who proceeded to wipe his mouth with some blue roll and then wipe the food prep surface with the same blue roll

I work at subway and when we went to this university subway. The lady that was serving me and my friend was so rude. We can’t have beef due to our religion my fiend ordered chicken tikka and salami but I know that salami have pork and beef as I work at subway We told her to take out the salami but she said she can’t cause she already put it in the sandwich and we paid more money for extra salami. I work at subway but we never behaved like this towards our customers It’s just horrible
