I was taken here by some friends to celebrate my birthday, I have said some time ago I wanted to try Plantain and Curried goat! What a lovely place, the staff are friendly, the food was delicious and the cocktails were amazing! Great choice of food combined with friendly staff and a warm, welcoming atmosphere really makes for a good night out!

I visited the Turtle Bay in Chelmsford on the 31st of December. I was an idiot and stupidly booked for the wrong date however Lauren got us seated straight away despite this and Taylor provided excellent service all night. A super friendly team, I would definitely visit again.Thank you.

It's lively, it's spicy, and energetic.The Caribbean menu is a refreshing difference, and the cocktail bar is continually working.Everything is fairly priced, and staff are super.You will have a good time.

We had tamzin as our waitress and she was so lovely! More than happy to answer any questions we had and gave us the best recommendations for the cocktails. Service was so good and we didn’t have to ask for anything. Everyone was so helpful will definitely come here again.

We have been here over 10 times now and wow !!!!!!We go for the same thing every time mixed sharing platter max and cheese bites and sweetcorn fritters, every meal has been bang on, atmosphere is brilliant great music and great staff!!! We will definitely be back.Thanks turtle bay for a great experience in nice again !!!!!
