We have been visiting this restaurant for many years but unfortunately Saturday 2nd July 2022 was our last visit. The service was terrible and the waiter leaned over the table touching my food with his hand. The food was disgusting and very spicy and that was only my vegetable korma. A waiter was observed swigging from a bottle of beer behind the bar, very unprofessional and on top of that children were allowed to run around which could have culminated in a serious accident. If the proprietor wants to return to the clientele they have previously enjoyed I suggest they revamp their staff. Definitely one to avoid and I have only given 1 star as I was required to put something but this 1 star is under duress.

Used to regularly visit here, loved it but now staff have all changed. The food was good but some Luke warm. Service was rubbish. Had to wave waiter over after trying to get a coke for 25 mins. Then got told to wait by the waiter. Won’t be using again. We will find another Indian who appreciates our money. BRING BACK THE OLD STAFF. Abdul, ash ect. They made our evening enjoyable..

Food nice. Disappointing visit. Waiter spilt drink over one guest, staff seemed borderline rude (rushing perhaps) reaching over guests to lay food on table, had to repeat a drinks order. long wait for desert menu. Felt hurried out at the end. Won't rush back, sad as I like a nice curry

We had a Family booking and we loved all our food orders and coming from a part of the world where Indian restaurants are plentiful we were very surprised at how delicious and better the food was with a vast lmenu too, we are definitely coming back and recommend to anyone who lives in or visits this area - Thankyou

We ordered our first Indian from Zara tonight. It was SOOOO GOOD. I had a lamb shank . It was delicious. Will be back tonight

Terrible service! It wasn’t friendly at all. It was like we was in their way. Nobody asked if we were enjoying our food, we kept having to chase for drinks and the waiter didn’t speak to us!! The only time he spoke was when he asked to take our order. Upon paying he snatched the card and then shoved it back without saying a single word. Food was ok.
I hate posting things like this but I was left so disappointed ?

The food is very nice, but service needs to be improved. We were served another table's food and at the end we were asked for a tip even though we had every intention of giving one (we should decide whether a tip is merited).

Had a takeaway for two, the price of the meals in the old menu was 45 pounds when I picked the meals up they charged me 54 pounds, the price for my main meal alone had gone up from 13.50 to 16.95 , the food was as usual very good but i am afraid they are gonna lose business if they continue to treat their customers like this.

Had my usual takeaway Which normally costs me £26 this week it cost me £32. That's 25% increase. The reason I was given was the price of chicken has gone up. Considering iam a vegetarian and we only had one chicken main meal that must have been a very expensive bit of chicken. The food was it's usually high standard but not worth the much higher price. Now looking for a new takeaway.
