Lovely restaurant but feel it is too big, the food and service was very good but it was too noisy and made it difficult to have conversation with the tables being so close together.

Very underwhelming, small portions can honestly eat better Chinese food at my local for a fraction of the price. All plates were chipped, thought it was a design at first lol we asked for new plates and the lady just laughed and walked off. Used to be a good place to eat but I honestly wouldn’t recommend very dissapointed .

Food is super nice. Service staff very polite & friendly. 3 stars given due to the standard of waiting staff cleanliness on our table. During our courses, the tablecloth hadn't been cleaned in-between courses. Of course there'll be spillage & crumbs etc however, they hadn't cleaned the table before the arrival of the next course. Throughout our +1 hour dining experience, we had to try & enjoy our night surrounded by expected & normal dining mess on tablecloth. Once finished we were talking with a glass of wine etc & out of the blue got interrupted by one of the waiting staff who started to clear up the table mess by picking up the tablecloth removing our belongings during that process. Interrupted our conversation for a couple of minutes. The gripe from our experience was the service surcharge added. The service in regards to table cleanliness wasn't worth the charge. That should have been taken off. Our fault. We should have requested & pointed out our concerns of why. In addition, when I sat down at our table, we weren't given any prawn crackers & yet whilst we waited to be served, we noticed other tables as they sat down, they were given the complimentary prawn crackers upon arrival of their table. Also, parking was dire! Saturday night 8.30pm & 2 weeks before Xmas.

Food was amazing as usual, as this was for my son 17th birthday It was not as friendly as usual, when we received the bill there was a 17.50 charge we always tiped the restaurant and should be able to choose and they were reluctant not to take it of the bill we have been going to zenxi since it opened and were very disappointed.
Came here with my mum and boyfriend the other day, the food was so yummy. Really enjoyed it!

I am a foodie and have been to many restaurants of all stars and quality. I decided to go here because the marketing was good. They don’t have anyone playing a piano anymore and there is no live entertainment anymore which is misleading.We had a mixed starter. This was standard and tasted alright. Pretty simple to make and prepare.The quality of the food was disappointing - my local low budget buffet would have given us better tasting food. Special fried rice only has chicken and shrimp - not mixed meat and was mediocre, same for Singapore noodles (their version of mixed meat noodles). In terms choice of noodles and rice their menu was limited same goes for meat dishes.I like rich tasting Chinese food but it was mostly tasteless and bland in most areas unfortunately. (Good if your on a diet)Pina Colada cocktail was watery and tasteless but we planned to go to a professional cocktail bar afterwards anyway.Servers were mostly friendly.A bit hyped up if you ask me, didn’t live up to my expectations. I wish it did ?
