Absolutely disgraceful ? we placed an order which took over 2.hrs !! When I called they even put the phone down on me !!And they still wanted full payment!! Food was dry like it had been sitting there forever!! What a massive shame…

Absolutely disgusting and stomach churning. Charging the prices of a posh kebab and getting worse quality that McDonald’s. Dry, got the order wrong, left half of it off, salad is low quality, just all round disgusting. First time we’ve ever bought from here and will never return, heard bad things but didn’t want to believe others and have them the benefit of the doubt. Vile.

Absolutely brilliant , we really enjoyed the food. Hot , fresh & really tasty. We had chips , burgers & a pizza all of which were great , a really good local takeaway great for a Saturday night treat , will order again for sure and very reasonable prices

I like the food here. Specifically, the kebab meat is always really well cooked and seasoned, albeit the pitta is usually so soggy it’s impossible to pick the kebab up (if that’s how you like to eat it!). I like the salads too.Tonight I needed to order online, however, the website was very erratic. The mobile website wouldn’t allow me to put in the expiry date of my card - random but really frustrating. Moving to the computer, the website via chrome, equally randomly, refused to accept my address. I’m perfectly comfortable ordering online I should add.Of course, they don’t accept cards in the shop itself and, yes, I can get some cash and go and collect my order but tonight, sadly, it needed to be a delivery. End result, no sale. Still they’re a very busy shop and I’m sure they’re not bothered.

TERRIBLE!! The last four orders have been wrong. I ordered two pots of garlic sauce and one was chili. This is such a simple order and they still managed to get it wrong.We stopped Using this kebab shop months ago and started using the one in Shelly as they are a lot quicker and get My orders right. But as My parents wanted Chinese it was easier to go to this kebab shop. But once again my order was wrong.This is the last time I go here!

Very poor customer service, delivered wrong pizza, no apology, redelivered wrong pizza that I had touched etc. in my opinion this is disgusting as I could’ve contaminated the food item and then made some poor unsuspecting customer very I’ll, disgraceful practices going on at peppers, Ongar.

I like the food here.
