After ordering an 11 in because they don't do 12 in like all other pizza place and the also do different crust aswell then We found out they only take cards and not cash !! Not everyone has a card that U can pay over the net or phone so had to cancel and called pizza hut instead!!

App ordered the completey wrong pizza! Phoned the store to rectify and they lied and said it was already out for delivery. Totally unacceptable customer service blatant lies. Will never order again. The pizza was inedible as well. Dog loved it though ?

Been waiting an hr for my 1 pizza to arrive! It’s not 10pm and according to the tracker it’s still baking!Tried calling and no answer!Disgusting to be honest with you! Wish I’d never bothered, £17 for a pizza it’s a joke!

The pizzas here use to be good you use to get beautiful amount of cheese where as now even when you ask for loads you get barely any , not really much taste to it , way to much tomato sauce applied to the garlic bread !! Again this never use to come like this , person on the phone can’t understand English it seems or just plain deaf! Rude on the phone and when you phone up to complain most orders would be sent out again and done properly! Will be using Pizza Hut old road in future as they have improved ! Actually give you lots of cheese and if you have an issue they sort it for you! Also this is very overpriced for a load of rubbush basically , will be telling people to avoid this place at all costs !

I visited here and done a collection for 6pm we arrived before that and waited patiently until are pizzas said they were done on the screen then we kept waiting and waiting until we finally asked one of the staff where they were and they replied "the pizzas isn't done yet I will take about 3 minutes" which was daft as we were sitting in the for 45 minutes and by the time we left it was nearly a hour waiting for 2 pizzas which was ridiculous and one was cold anyway. The customer service is rubbish and the waiting times are ridiculous

This is the worse dominos iv ever had . For the price I expect near to perfection instead I got imperfection hardly any toppings but the ones that were on it were near enough burnt and it was sliced like a person who was drunk on a night out or should of gone to Specsavers. Delivery driver was nice .sorry but you just lost a very valued customer to pizza hut .

The guy serving was really helpful and polite. I'd ordered vegan pizza but he pointed out the large dip I ordered wasn't vegan. I've deducted a star because I stood outside and ordered the pizza for collection using a discount code but it turns out I could have got the same pizza for nearly £3 cheaper over the counter.

I tried ordering a medium pizza with vegan pepperoni topping on a normal dough. They said they cannot do it the dough has to be vegan aswell which is just ridiculous. I'm not vegan I just don't eat pork. I just wanted and paying for a pizza with vegan pepperoni topping. Eventually I didn't order

Placed my order last friday no bottle of drink so called they said send out straight away hour later called to say where my drink is has already eat my food man said sorry i forgot no refund at all . Then to top it off emailed head office got email back saying someone would contact me in 5 days well guess what yep no contact .VERY VERY BAD
