Used to be ok but it went downhill, the portions got smaller and prices went up, fair enough in the current climate.The service is terrible , the waitress forgets to take your order, there are items missing from the order, wrong items on the plate, wrong drinks and the last time I was in there I got up and walked out after 40 minutes of waiting for a cup of tea and an omelet which had obviously been forgotten because the waitress was outside trying to help someone jump start his car instead of doing her job. Customers that came in after me had gotten their food and drinks. Very unprofessional.
I used to go in there a lot, it was good but my last couple of visits put me off. The food is good but the service is terrible. Waiting staff seem to prefer doing anything other than what they are being paid to do. They forget to take your order, forget items from your order and give you things you haven’t even ordered. The last time I went there I walked out after half an hour of sitting there, I’d ordered but hadn’t even got the coffee I ordered, two lots of diners that came in after me had got there’s, the waitress that took my order was too busy outside trying to jump start somebody’s car........ Maybe they’d do a better job if the owners gave them the tips that the customer has left instead of keeping the cash for themselves.
