No idea how this store is still open. You are guaranteed to get the wrong order, surely it’s not that difficult? Not matter if you do drive thru, order inside, Just Eat the order will be WRONG and you MUST check your food before you leave. Nothing more frustrating when you get home a you get a VEGAN burger instead of a tower burger meal. Do better.

Not had KFC for years, was pleasantly surprised, My fillet burger had no dodgy bits at all and the chips were actually hot unlike my last ones from McDonald's. Even my fussy daughter enjoyed hers too. Only gave 4 stars for service because there was a bit of a wait.

Went in to get a variety bucket for dinner and when I received it I was given one thigh one wing and four drumsticks. I took it back and asked the one of the staff it they thought it was acceptable and value and asked for two bigger pieces to which I was told "Well that's what you get". The girl was very rude with a bad attitude. The bucket was taken back and when I got home all she had done was taken out the thigh and put in a little breast piece. I used to use this quite a lot and was always happy with the service and quality of the food but i will not be going there again I would rather drive to Colchester. I should have asked to see the manager but I had been caught in the rain and was wet and just wanted to get home.

I keep making the mistake of going here instead of driving to Colchester! Service is slow food is ALWAYS wrong and they think it's acceptable to give chicken that's falling apart and made up off 3 drum sticks and 2 wing pieces as part of a 6 piece family bucket!Same time drive to Colchester.Also only one member of staff that wasn't rude!

Had a meal from the drive through 6 hours after eating it I had terrible stomach pains and the runs had to go to hospital had food poisoning frome the chicken if you don't want to end up in hospital avoid like the plague the food was literally thrown in the bag the gravy went all over our car I had to ask for a fork to eat my coleslaw with but they only had spoons gave us no serviettes and the chips looked like they had been warmed up in my opinion they should be closed down as I was seriously ill in hospital afterwards needless to say the place was empty

The food was lovely but the cleaning was awful with food under the tables and just loads of mess for old food. Outside bins was overflowing with old take-way.

It's KFC, which I personally like. The sit in is always quiet, seems like they get more drive through's. But it's good to sit in now and again.

Hit and miss with quality, sometimes dry chicken and slow service, don't bother with delivery service because its slow and useless, if you have a problem the staff are rude and unhelpful so you would be better off getting your chicken from morrisons 9

Went here a couple of weeks ago has to wait 40 min after they took our order young girl did apologize when we got home the food was disgusting went straight in bin Shame as we used to use the one in Braintree and that was alway delicious. Staff need retaining and also her a decent cook .

We were served by Katy / drive through/, very rude, unprofessional and unfriendly person. Ignored our questions for cold drink and receipt showing us her back!!!! That’s not the way to deal with customers!

Absolutely disgusting, I spent a lot of money. They didn't put the lid on the gravy properly, gave me the bag and the gravy went all over my 76 year old mums leg and burnt her. I went into the store and one of the ladies laughed at me ?.I can assure you I will NEVER be going to that store again and I'm seeking legal advice about the situation
