Absolutely poor look out we ordered through them instead of just eat tonight , our order should have been with us at 7.50 pm, 8.30 pm still no sign phoned them to be told it will be with us in 3 to 4 mins that was over 5 mins ago ?..Nobody bothered to ring us .This is now the 2nd time we have gone over our time .Good food but rubbish service.We finally got it at 9.15pmAfter ringing several times

Just love the food here, always quick, always really nice, fresh and hot! Best chocolate fudge cake, especially if you have a sweet tooth! The chicken wings are exceptional, would choose them over KFC all day! Fantastic fast food place and by far my favourite in Clacton!

The WORST Service yesterday I rang to complain about my food as it was not edible chicken was burnt and brown in the burger and the man on the phone couldn’t even understand me I asked him to refund me he said he would call back and he didn’t fuming not eating from there again. The guy needs the sack never even spoke to me about the r problem was just silent rude and ridiculous.

If I could give less than 1 star I most definitely would, shocking food, waited almost 1hr 30minutes for our order which was stone cold, chips were freezing and hard, my bbq wings sauce was basically jelly they were so cold and phoned the place for him to lie to me and tell me he'd just got it out the fryer over and over, cost me £50 and didn't even offer anything as a sorry, not even just the word sorry either, will never order from this dump again, the food tastes like its all fried in the same dirty oil from last week, if you like good food, kings flavour are NOT the kings of flavour, they aren't the king of anything at all, big thumbs down waste of money
Lady behind the counter was lovely. Food was lovely and the coating on the chicken was amazing too .Will be buying from here from now on .I got the king combo and the portion of food for this deal was great value.Highly recommended ?

The chicken was really chewy and the wrap was stale and chips were undercooked!!Chicken burgers have no Taste it was pink inside and wasn’t nice!!!Wouldn’t go there if you want food poisoning!!Kid-friendliness: The person on the phone was very nice
