Never drove 121 miles to a mcdonalds before, but I was on my way to holiday. Plenty of parking spaces and clean inside restaurant and in car park. Staff were awesome. Very ideally

Food was fine but need to learn to pickup the headset and and greet their customers instead of leaving them there for ages before saying a word, as a former employee I know you're supposed to pickup and say hell welcome to blah be with you in a moment just to acknowledge they're there but seems too complex nowadays for this

Had a semi quick stop off here to grab some happy meals and several other items to save cooking on a Sunday night. The staff were very polite, but the food was cold. Not just a tad cold but very. By this time, we were already driving away, so we had to make the best of it.The other grumble is that they're still running the monopoly promotion. However, none of our meals had a single sticker.Other than that, this particular branch is usually really good, quick, and efficient. Its location is extremely handy and only a few minutes from the centre of clacton which has a branch very worth avoiding.

Asked politely if they could put extra Oreo topping inside my mini Mcflarry for an extra payment as I wasn't able to do this at the machine but I was told that this isn't possible ( Nathan was the Manager who wasn't even bother to come out and talk to me to give any explanation)

Good location, nice and clean, with a small outdoor play area and some seating all secure with a fence.My only frustration is the food never ever looks like the pictures!!Parking is free and good.

Very poor , this was a drive thro, when i got home didnt get what we ordered, it was cold and no reciept in the bag.Tried to phone them and the line was permantly egaged .

A bit hit and miss if you want a mcflurry in the later hours of the night. Three times I visited in the week for a bit of a late night Mcflurry and 3 times I left dissapionted.The staff were helpful. However, it didn't take away from my dissapiontment of net getting one.
