Ordering on the app was quick and easy. Staff were very friendly. The choices on the meal deal were very good value for money. The salad bar was full and fresh. The restaurant was clean. Throughly enjoyed it.

Arrived at 18:30 to be told that they were short staffed and therefore not accepting anymore customers even though the girl told me that the waiting time was around 45 min for food which I was fine with but still got turned down and been told that I couldn’t go in. Very disappointed as had the whole family out with my mother in law who is disabled and can hardly walk.Won’t be going back.

Selecting the buffet means I enjoy the variety of pizzas and pastas available, with a drink and desert bundle. A good selection of salads means I enjoy a starting and a side salad. The staff are always friendly and helpful. But Google is a pain on their questionaire.Parking: No problem to park right outside the restaurant

Visited a couple of days ago. Waited to be seated with no staff in sight. Eventually after a few minutes a member of staff appeared and took us to a table, told us to use the qr code to order and left us to it. The food is VERY expensive now, and the quality has definately dropped. We used to visit pizza hut monthly but since our local ones have shut down we hadn't been for a while. The only time we saw any more staff was when our glasses for the drinks came and when the food came out. I was very disappointed with the experience, lack of atmosphere and the food was very average Vs the money paid. We won't revisit.

Quick service, gluten free pizza available, tasty food, the kids enjoyed sitting at the big round table. I really appreciated having a salad made straight from the kitchen to accommodate my coeliac disease.Dietary restrictions: There is a gluten free pizza base which you can add your own toppings to, or choose a "ready made" one, chicken wings are gluten free, also lots from the salad bar. I asked if I could have salad straight from the kitchen because of cross-contamination and the manager arranged this - very happy ?

Very nice pleasant restaurant with very yummy pizzas. Highly recommended. Especially pepperoni was the best ever.Special thanks to Chief.The only negative part was slow service, but the staff was very nice, friendly, polite and helpful.

Went there this evening for dinner with family. 6 of us include my disabled mother and my one year old baby.Was treated badly by the store manager Chris. He told us that he could not accommodate such big table.He refused us and we are now driving to Colchester branch.The think it’s really bad behaviour and the restaurant is open till 10pm and another family of six walked right behind us and they were offered a seat.Really poor service. Had to walk my disabled mother back to the car who was looking forward to her pizza dinner after 6 months.Very disappointed.

Racist and discrimination. Went to eat with group of 6 (my disable mum, wife and 3 daughters) around 8pm. Restaurant was more than 50% empty, but Mgr Chris said he can’t look after us as he don’t have resources and why did we not book in advance. Worst experience in Pizza Hut. When I queried is he closing the restaurant early and he said we are closing at 9. This was still 1 Hr away. All I can think as we were Asians they does not want to serve us

Lots of kids running around . Tables are half cleaned. Glasses taken and then plates left . Tables not whipped . The icecream display was vile . Flys everywhere . So dirty and messy .
