I went at 20:15 for a sandwich but was surprised to see staff was on the way to closing down ,when I asked why they said they closed at 20:00 even on the website it sais 21:00????

Was served by the snottiest young man, who after taking £9 off of me for what was effectively a toasted cheese baguette, proceeded to argue with me until swearing, that was the whole contents of an Italian BMT. I could not believe it I have been eating the Italian BMT at subway longer than that young fellow has been pulling his plonker. Unbelievable. Yet Clacton. Never going to eat in Subway again

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from your restaurant, I had to wait 3 hours for my order which when it finally turned up was freezing cold and the completely the wrong order I then tried to call the restaurant and did 19 times before I finally got through to someone who said they would have it ready in 30 minutes, I then drove to your restaurant to find out they have no bread and it would take over an hour to cook by this point I had ordered over 4 hours ago, I find this level of service unacceptable for the size of your company. It’s definitely going to make me think twice before ordering from you ever again!!!

Ordered via Just Eat. Delivery time given. Contacted half hour after when it was due as hadn't arrived, delivery time was moved back another hour. Came to that estimated delivery time and still no food. 2 hours after the order was placed, got a text saying the order was cancelled! With the excuse of no drivers. Don't advertise as delivery if you have no drivers!

If i could leave zero stars i would! Waited an hour for food for them to ring us and tell us to cancel on the app, knowing we cant without them doing so on their end! DISGUSTING attitude by one of the females in the background telling the lady what to say on the phone, and NO refund because they are not cancelling on their end !!!!!!!!!

Awful, ordered at 12:00 and don’t get here until 14:00, but when it did get here it wasn’t even what I ordered tried to ring through around 50 times and no answer it sounded like someone kept answering it then quickly hanging up, worst service I’ve ever

Ordered on Just Eat this evening, waited over an hour for our food to arrive. Checked the updates and said our order was cancelled. Rang up and the attitude on the manager (female) was atrocious, no help at all, told us the drive had been knocking on our door with no answer for 20 minutes. Utter rubbish, we have been here the whole time and no one knocked. Absolutely disgusting. Will not be ordering from here again any time soon.

It’s rare that someone actually sighs at you down the phone when you’re trying to sort out an issue…turns out at this particular branch…that’s ok. I ordered 12 cookies and a tub of ice cream via just eat last night, it was not delivered and I tried to call the restaurant 5 times, then emailed just eat twice. I get that dealing with a delivery company is tough as a restaurant but I’ve just been informed by the lady who answered the phone at subway…it’s not their issue, they don’t have ANY contact with just eat and they are about to close (which is 20 minutes away) and then she huffed and cut off my call…absolutely delightful customer service. We seem to be in a time that no one’s taking accountability, the customer is 100% wrong and should just shut up and go away, call was made at 20.40 on June 1st
