Plz don’t go to this Chinsea the dinner turned up late also the meal was very salte the chicken balls like rubber knowing I have not been to them for years thought they would have got better but nop still the same food is still bad

Just to let you know from the beginning, I start buying from them My, most of the order. I always order salt and pepper prawn and last 6 or 5 times give me a dirty prawn doesn’t clean it. Just when you start eating, you can see the dirty inside prawn

Chefs obviously smoking out back but person taking orders tried to blame it on someone stubbing a cigarette out the front. We’re not stupid. Revolting sounds of someone with a hacking productive cough also emanating from the kitchen really put us off. We both only took a couple of mouthfuls & found the food wasn’t the best so we ended up giving it to the dog.Positives were that the person taking the order spoke perfect English & they accept cards.

Have been ordering delivery for years from Welcome. Last night I placed an order, told the amount, queried price as so much more than the web, they said they aren’t on the web but they’ll send a new price list. They then hung up. I was charged £15.40, yet prices on the new price list came to £12.70 - £2.70 overcharged. Chicken Chow Mein was minus the chicken. They are on the web, it even shows a picture of the place. Hence I could post this review. Disgusted.

Gone down hill,just ordered our normal Chinese for home delivery,when arrived,missing two items from order,(chips and sweet an sour sauce)called took another 20mins to get them redelivered,no chicken in our chicken chow mein,larger pancake rolls was uneatable as bitter,so I say bean sprouts are off! Recalled them told them I've sent pancakes bk for chef to eat,lady said I'll take them off your next order,told her I won't be ordering again!!!

Food come fast and hot special chowmein was some good the prawns was big aswell . Chicken balls are amazing . How ever the chicken curry was lacking flavor so only a 4 **** but will be ordering again
