Three stars given for the food, it was one of the best Indian meals we have ever had, & we have had many, but the attitude of staff towards us was diabolical. We had pre-booked a table for two, on arriving at the restaurant a young lady escorted us to a table of 8 & we sat down. One of the waiters, who seemed to be one of the managers, came over, took our drinks order, raised his eyes when we asked for two halves of lager, not pints. Took a while to bring menus & then we had to ask for poppadoms etc. We called another waiter over, who also looked like he was a manager, to order our food, he asked us if we were going to wait for our friends to arrive, as we were on a table for 8 people, he then had a go at us for sitting at that table as there were only two of us, he was extremely rude, even after we explained that the young lady had sat us there. His attitude towards us was atrocious for our whole visit, if he had asked us to move to a smaller table we would of done without question. The only saving grace was the food, which was really good & excellent value for money, however it was spoiled by the attitude of the staff. It's a good job we are thick skinned!!!

I've moved around quite a bit with work/job quite disappointed I had a korma and found it very waterey everything else fabulous rice, Nan all good korma just not creamery just like water very disappointed won't be buying again ☹️

we went for our friends 20th birthday party meal at Bombay Palace we all enjoyed it very much and the karoake in the lounge made our night out a very enjoyable and entertaining night out will definately return on my birthday
A group 42 of us went to the Bombay Palace for a friends leaving party, choice the restaurant after reading review on Tripadvisor, the restaurant is so spacious and very well decorated and the food and service was top quality and we all had a great time we finished of our evening at the Chill out loung would definately return.
