Really disappointing pick up of pre ordered takeaway this evening - 40 minutes late would you believe it! No apology, no compensation, no nothing. Whole family in tears. This place has gone downhill lately.

Not a family friendly restaurant, hints at it but doesn’t explicitly say it on their website. Called to book a table for 5 at 5pm, all was good, until I told them one of the guests was 3, suddenly they were fully booked, all day and all night. Merry Christmas! Anyway I explained the situation to Banquet China, their only question was ‘do you need any high chairs’. We have been a China Chef customer for over 15 years, shortsighted policy. Turns out Banquet China have a better Google review rating and are better value for money too apparently so all is well!

Wife is vegetarian. Found meat in her food. Tried to just offer a swap out. No apology. No offer off the bill. Nothing. They didn't care. So heed warning. If your vegetarian, its no doubt cooked with meat and then removed.

Take out last night. Honestly it was totally fine, nothing wrong, just really rather bland - not much flavour at all which was disappointing as I’d heard so many good things.
Absolutely fantastic. Very tasty good and such good service! We will be back to try the rest of the menu ??
