Good quality food served in a pleasant atmosphere. A regular spot for us.
Fab venue for a chilled afternoon catch-up with friends. We enjoyed our tea and cake, which was great value for money. Staff were friendly, helpful, and very relaxed about us sitting outside even after the Jam Jar had officially closed. We will definitely return.

Lovely selection of breakfasts, light lunches and snacks served all day with a Smile!!The Jam Jar has gone from Strength to Strength!It's so lovely to have this facility on our doorstep! It's quite a Village Hub! So welcoming and friendly!I've yet to have one of Thursday nights home-made Pizzas but they are tremendously popular and can be delivered to your door.Well Done Rebecca, Family and Staff.

Brilliant local cafe. Really nice staff, all friendly and obliging.Homemade cakes are very good.Real bonus for Fingringhoe near the river. Lots of tables outside but under cover in an extension, increases the number of customers that can be seated. Good idea!Would recommend highly and will return. Thank you to all the very cheerful caring staff.

The Jam Jar Rowhedge is a really welcoming community hub where local people meet daily as well as people from outside of the village. There is cosy seating inside and an enclosed outside dog friendly space with heating. Tables in the courtyard also. Good food served all day by lovely staff and the best cup of coffee in Essex.
