I’ve been here a few times and it’s always been nice. Me and my partner came recently and it wasn’t so nice. The food was good, service was ok but nothing special but the toilets were disgusting. I’m not normally one to complain but this took me by surprise. So disgusting I couldn’t even use them so maybe just be wary of this when you come as the toilets never seem to be clean.

I hate leaving negative reviews but when you ask for your first two choices and cant have either due to not having the ingredients makes it very frustrating I wish I walked out to tub and cone. and having got what I ordered i now wish i just found a Mr whippy. this is a shame because i last used this place years ago with my youngest son and it was amazing. only reason why i insisted on going again but wont bother anymore

We visited on a quiet Thursday evening in September 2023 to celebrate my sons 7th Birthday. There were 9 of us in the group- we didn’t need to pre book when I called. Staff were helpful and friendly. Food came out fresh and hot and all at the same time. They even gave my son a chocolate cake slice with a candle in and sang happy birthday! Lovely touch - staff went the extra mile to make it a special trip for him.

Ordered from uber eats, item was missing which cost £15, when spoke to the driver he didn't have it and had no clue what i was on about, and told me to call the restaurant, upon calling the restaurant the person who answered told me the driver must have left the bag of ice-cream somewhere. Not acceptable!The waffles that was delivered was stone cold, would have expected it to have been at least luke warm!Milkshakes were very watery.Will not be ordering from here again such a shame.

It was OK. I ordered 3 deserts, two come out quickly, and by the time we got the 3rd, they had already finished there's! But the toilets were disgusting if you go here use the toilet before you go!!!
Had an amazing experience with Kaspa's team, Colchester. As I was dining alone, they gave me a seat that was just perfect for customers who wants enjoy some time alone away from the crowd. The order was served within 10/15 minutes and no time was wasted. The food looked amazing and it tasted just how it looked, fresh, sweet and perfect. The place was clean with good ambience and very friendly staffs. Would definitely go again and recommend it to others as well.

Been here several times over the years and alway had a nice experience, the place is clean and staff are friendly and helpful. The food is always good and well presented and any issues have been dealt with promptly without bother.It’s a preferred choice when out to come here for dessert than at a restaurant we ate our mains at.

This was my 1st time every trying kaspasWe had custom waffles, which were fantastic.Would definitely recommend it.Only gave a 4 star for the atmosphere as the music was a little too loud. This could potentially put some people off, which would be a shame as the food was great
