It's no longer fast food you have to wait for delivery driver constantly I'm get feed up with this it used to take 3 minutes to get an order now your left to wait and if you complain its that's how it is now slow service no longer fast food restaurant

Apart from the fact that the driver was really friendly, I wouldn’t recommend deliveries from this branch, just ordered £25 worth of food and everything is cold, not to mentioned they updated the delivery time at least 3 times. When speaking to driver he advised I was his second customer so the food should be hot unless it sat at McDonalds for a while before he picked it up which ended up being the case - tried contacting the branch but obviously no answer. Didn’t even provide straws for the drinks neither. I don’t understand how a fast food branch struggles with basics of their service so much..it’s a joke. Just to add food turning up cold is a norm for this branch, won’t be ordering from here again.

Every time we order, there’s always something that goes wrong. Don’t think we’ve ever had a correct order! Tonight we had a missing burger and nuggets (sealed bag so were not put in there by the restaurant). They won’t help. Uber Eats customer service won’t do anything but a partial refund. We spent £16 (out of £25) on basically chips and a happy meal! That were also cold and inedible. We will no longer be ordering. Avoid at all costs, if ordering online. Shoddy service. Had no dinner and £16 down the drain for nothing.
