They have started HALF filling the fries so I have reported them to TRADING STANDARDS. Also, have to pull up and wait for food now for every order which is a nightmare as they have to find you as the waiting bays are always full. Had to wait 20 minutes. This is not fast food. Comes out cold too. What are they doing???

After my order was missing, it was crazy busy and wasn’t expecting to be seen straight away. But the gentleman called Matt gave me the items that were missing and was very polite!!

Appalling management of the drive thru.Two cars entered the drive BEHIND me and yet the serving agent served them prior to dealing with myself. This was at 1035 in the morning 22/12.If you are going to run a 'preferred' lane then this should be clearly marked for customers.The galaxy latte was very nice, especially the cream topping although this did not get rid of the nasty taste in my mouth left from the way I was dealt with initially in the drive thru.

It's called a drive through but they always make you wait and so many cars are waiting and there is not adequate space.
