Very poor service, had to wait 35 minutes after ordering for our food, short staff, team members called in sick we were told, but they did refund us, which when some way to apologise for the poor

We stopped by here for a bite to eat and a cuppa. Upon entering the staff near the door, he greeted us warmly, and we found an empty seat. The tables were clean, as was the floor too. The food arrived quickly and was freshly prepared and hot, too.The staff were polite and courteous, and the whole experience was pretty positive. The only downside was the bin next to our table was full to bursting upon arrival, and throughout iur 40-minute stay, it wasn't emptied at all.There's enough staff to regularly do this, as nobody wants to push down the bin contents

This McD's was very busy and the first screen we tried was faulty. Thankfully a member of staff noticed and payment was moved to the counter. Our food arrived quickly and with a smile. The order was right and the coffee was hot. Even though it was busy the front of house staff were keeping things tidy and flowing.

Was very busy at 11am on a Thursday for some reason... So the 'fast' part of the food wasn't really there! Coffee and egg mcmuffin were good and hit the spot. Must try out the new "Wendy's" that has op nearby.

No customer service anymore as they are too interested in self service and drive-thrus as a company. So it's ok. I don't really like McDonald's but sometimes it's a must when traffic is bad and you need something to fill you up for 30mins...Parking: Nice atmosphere with Christmas music at the time and they had the upstairs open which I hear is rare.

Used drive through....cold and squashed burgers. We were already back on A12 driving by the time we discovered what we had just spent £20 on. Else I'd have turned round and asked the manager if he wanted to eat what we had just been given.

Person on the speaker at the drive through had very bad English and could not understand me at all. Made ordering very difficult and took alot longer after already waiting in long drive thru queue.

Don't order delivery from here! 3x they have forgotten something from my order, which is on the receipt and what I paid for. I would contact them directly, but it doesn't matter now as I'm not getting it delivered from there again.

Used the ordering app. It was easy enough.However I had to take the hot drink back as it tasted like muddy water.The food was standard

Ordered large fries and was hardly filled, basically paid for a large but got a medium. Has happened multiple times too.

The best food we have had in ages from McDonald's, the staff are really friendly and welcoming everything about the food and drinks were perfectly hot I would recommend this McDonald's all day long.

Honestly… hopeless. This is close to my house and on a late night working I’ll swing by. I’ve genuinely lost count of how many times I’ve had missing food from my order and topping it off tonight, hence the review, I queued and was moved to the second window to wait, which ended up being over 20 minutes for a cheeseburger and chips, to then be told there was no apple pie in the bag did I want one or do I want something else? Said I wanted it, they said it would be 6 minutes. 15 minutes later i have to sound my horn to get their attention and it appeared. Essentially forgot me twice and took me best part of 40 minutes to get a cheeseburger, chips and an apple pie ??♂️ I give up with this place, Wendy’s across the road now.

First time using McD app. In few words they didn’t brought my full order. Once I tried to contact them through the application I was redirected to Costumer Services and from there the chat box redirect me to Uber Eats which left me waiting for ever.who put me on hold. Finally I didn’t get the burger or refund back, awful experience. Never use the app!!
