From the many many reviews we have written in our lives, my wife and I have never written a negative one until now. If we could give a '0' rating to this Subway, in Turner Rise Retail Park, we would.My wife ordered a Steak and Cheese Sub and was very excited to add on lettuce, tomato, onions, jalapeños and cucumber (which has always been a highlight of being able to order from Subway). However, when her sandwich came out of the oven, the man who made it began to immediately put it in a bag. When she asked him to add the other items to the sandwich, he replied "No. It comes with these onions and cheese." She looked at him in shock and said "Wow! Are you kidding me?" AND he responded "No" and continued wrapping the sandwich without any of the other ingredients I politely asked for. We have been ordering from Subway for years and years and have never been told we could not have the salad items to put on the sandwich we ordered - until today! The man who made her sandwich at 2.30pm today (28th Jan 24) was rude and blatantly told her "No" when it would have only taken him less than 10 seconds more to add the extra items. INCREDIBLY POOR SERVICE AND WE WILL NEVER COME TO THIS SUBWAY AGAIN and it has actually now cast a shadow over the whole Subway experience for us.

Send other half to get me a footlong subway melt was expecting ham, turkey and bacon with first bite once home (20 miles away) open up to find just cheese toasted, salad and sauce, with hers paid £16 in total, not a happy bunny, normally good ?

Bread tasted stale. I think the cardboard packaging would have been better. Miserable staff. Poor service. Not had a subway for a while and won't be going back!!!

You need a menu that's not on the wall. It's difficult enough to chose now you have these stupid set rolls. Would have been easeir to keep it as it was...You need a large print and braille version in every store

Third time give eaten from here and on the third time I bought the same exact sandwich. The bread was old, stale and crumbling I had to go back to ask for a different bread and it was the same exact thing. I was told the bread was from the day before but it tasted much older than what was proclaimed.

Staff parked in the disabled parking and I ask him if he couldMove as it was the only one leftAnd I have a disabled and a blue badge he said that the space was for the staff and I got frustrated he told me to watch my language but I did not use bad language I asked him to move as he was not a blue badge holder and should not park there as he worked for subway he was entitled to park there he said and left his car in the disabled spaces

Ordered from these and delivery was all fine, opened food and they got all sandwiches wrong! Wrong sauces too! Try to ring but never answer almost like they take the phone off the hook and can’t be bothered. Waste of time! DON’T ORDER FROM HERE!!!!

Go here for a treat and the staff are always friendly and make my sub how I want. The place is a little warn but not dirty so perfectly fine to eat here

Inside could be cleaner, toilets are vile, not checked as regularly as stated, I couldn't get staffs attention as was super busy as we left. No toilet roll just blue roll to wipe and dry hands
