We visited the pub today for the first time, I’d booked a table for 16 of us for 1pm for a surprise for my Mums 60th Birthday. We had a lovely time, food was great and we had the room in the back to ourselves where we spent the whole day and thoroughly enjoyed it. We called ahead 20 mins before arriving, we were greeted and offered a choice of table. A lovely choice of food on the blackboard and menu all reasonably priced. The landlady Sharon was friendly and welcoming, the food was delivered really nicely presented and the sweets were to die for! Will definitely be visiting again now am moving in to the village , look forward to the next visit! Thank you ?

My wife and I visited this lovely pub for our Sunday lunch whilst staying nearby. Was given a warm welcome by the hosts and we both chose the 'indecisive' roast dinner which was a bit of all 3 meats - beef, pork and turkey. This was served with all the usual trimmings and was a very good size portion. The Roast potatoes were cooked to perfection as were all other vegetables.
