“As always food good. Drinks menu lacking. Poor stock of wines.
Appalling service this evening. Really disappointed, waiter extremely inexperienced, unconcerned with good customer service & very little knowledge of English.
We are fairly regular customers but have never had to complain before. We had to wait nearly 2 hrs to eat & consequentially had no time for dessert or coffee. We were given a percentage off our bill & apology for the service. Hopefully this will be sorted out very quickly. ??? Also when we booked we requested a high chair for our 2 year old, we were told ‘fine’ only to find on arrival the restaurant doesn’t possess any high chairs whatsoever !”
