“Last minute I was let down with my Husbands 40th bday catering and the amazing Helen from chopsy kindly helped and to be honest I'm glad it all worked out the way it did because the food was amazing and the little desert pots was to die for. I'm already sorting out food for my sons 1st birthday with chopsy. 100% recommend and wouldn't go anywhere else.. Thank you Helen & Team for making the day special”

“great job on the service front! Would give it 6 stars for service if I could, lively lady called Roma served us with kindness and patience, told me about the app and helped with installing it, all so I could get rewards ?”

“Decent Costa in Lakeside, didn't have to queue long, seating available, usual high quality food and drinks, very clean. What's not to like?”

“A certified 'Quality Cafe'
Top level food, quick service great value, and fair prices. I'd be happy to return.
I did notice that multiple tables were waiting a while for their toast after their breakfastes were already with then.
I also had a difficult time getting the waiter to understand my order, which was a Spanish omelette with no cheese. I would say half the cafes out there that serve Spanish omelettes serve them with cheese and the other half don't, so i always check before ordering. This time, i was made to feel as if i was wrong to have asked. There was a whole dialogue around me asking for no cheese, too the point that other tables looked over. Normally one item changes in cafes are hassle free.”

Cakes are a bit pricey at over £4 for some.”

“Lovely place. Lovely food. Lovely friendly, polite, patient, helpful and smily staff. It is very rare that you have good experience with the staff in london as majority of the time the staff don’t seem to be smiling and seem too arrogant or lost in their own world. But not here. I was taken by surprise to the warm service received by the young staff here. Very welcoming and just because of their service I will be returning here for sure. However only a little moan as to if there was more clarity as in what food items are vegetarian then we would know more of what to order. Menu is quite short but could do with more veggie options. Also the food is quite Pricey. Paid £13.50 for Jacket Potato with Beans & Cheese with side salad. But other than that it is situated in the Orsett Hall which is a beautiful location itself and you will not be disappointed.”
“Quick service, helpful and friendly baristas. Literally the nicest three staff serving I have ever met at a Costa. Friendly, helpful, suggested options beyond what is normally on the menu and looked so happy to be doing their jobs. Thank you for making me and my daughter smile!”

“It was my first time going to this place after driving past it for many years, now I wish I’d gone there sooner! It’s very clean, staff welcomed me and found a table for me as soon as I walked in.
The food is excellent! I ordered a Mediterranean Breakfast, as you can see from the photo, everything on that plate is fresh. Very delicious as well! Total bill for everything was £14, which is decent and well worth it.
I give Dock Café a solid 5/5 and would definitely recommend it.”
