I go here all the time to the point the staff say hello like they recognize me. It makes me feel so welcome and has become a part of my day. Sometimes they get real busy and it takes a little time to get my coffee but that's understandable. When it's not busy we are talking about 1 to 2 minutes to get a drink. I wish this place got my funding or recognition from Starbucks to help improve things when it gets busy to put less pressure on the staff.
I would like to give a huge thanks to Kim. She provided exceptional customer service and was extremely friendly and complimentary.Thank you for making my day - brunette curly hair, cream shirt & the Versace perfume. X :)
