They don't do chai, which is a capital sin on its own.\\nStaff weren't wearing masks... in a busy shopping centre, that's concerning.\\nEveryone of 3 table we tried were wobbly. And i mean like republican principles, not just shaky... You put a drink on the table and when the other one lifted his elbows, you'd be wearing said drink.\\nThey also forgot my order (a regular tea)for 45min and, when they brought it, they didn't bring sugar.\\nAs my old sergeant major used to say: \\\"this team may be capable under adequate and constant supervision...\\\" the rest, you don't want to know but, i assure you, it's relevant :)

5 star service as always from the staff at the lakeside retail branch of Costa. It's hard to rate the branches if national chains as the offering is the same everywhere, so I rate on my experience with the staff and I have to say I've visited this store lots of times over the last 4-5 years and always get a friendly service from the team.

Never in the history of the human race has a queue or staff moved at such a glacial pace. Slow would be a massive upgrade! I could have driven home and made a cup and returned to the shop quicker than it takes these 3 people to make a coffee!

This is my favourite Costa outlet! I can park in front! Not very busy too so good place for an evening coffee or tea!
