They did not accept payment for coffee with reward points. When I bought my coffee I asked with cold milk and I got a drink so hot it burned my tongue. A terrible place.

Excellent service! Staff has been absolutely fabulous on my last visits from this Tuesday. The coffee bar was very clean, coffee was very good, tables and coffee serving area was very clean and team engaged with customers, in a polite and very friendly manner. Keep it up guys!

Thought I would get a bite of lunch on way to ferry. No a single sandwich available only toasties and cakes at just past midday. They use motorists as a cash cow so please provide the basics!

Got "drink-in" tea in disposable cups. Said TWICE it is to DRINK IN. And yes, they charged me extra to "drink-in".
